Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Start your return from our Return Center. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
The cost of domestic and international shipping and duties for the return will be deducted from the approved refund amount.
Note: Due to the recent U.S. policy change ending the de minimis exemption as of August 29, 2025, international return shipping costs may now include tariffs, duties, or flat-fee charges, and will vary depending on the country of origin.
RESTOCKING FEE
A restocking fee of 15% will be applied to all refunds to the original payment method. This fee covers the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the returned items.
The restocking fee is not applicable if the return is refunded as store credit or as a gift card.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
EXCHANGES
We do not currently accept exchanges.
If you would like to exchange for another item, return your item for store credit and purchase new item. Shipping fee will be applicable for the new item.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your selected method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returns must be received within 30 days from the date your return was approved. If the item is not received back within this 30-day period, your refund will not be approved.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.
ORDER CANCELLATION
Once an order is placed and confirmed on our platform, it is considered final and cannot be cancelled or modified. Due to the immediate processing of orders, we are unable to accommodate requests for cancellation or changes. By placing an order, you agree to review your selections carefully before finalizing your purchase. We reserve the right to enforce this policy without exception.
ONE YEAR WARRANTY
All products purchased from our store come with a one-year warranty covering manufacturer defects. This warranty ensures that any defect in materials or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at no cost to the customer within the first year from the date of purchase. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized alterations, or normal wear and tear. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect. Our team will guide you through the process to ensure a prompt resolution.
